Forging a path for others to thrive is not new to Melissa. She currently serves as the first Black Female Chair of the Atlanta Apartment Association, and as Managing Director of Perennial Properties, an owner-managed company boasting a diverse portfolio of high-rise, midrise, and garden-style communities, including workforce housing and 55+ communities.
Melissa is also Founder and CEO of Predictive Management Group, an asset management consultancy focused on supporting owner/operators and streamlining performance.
While Melissa is dedicated to her professional endeavors, she cherishes family time with her two children, Kal-el and Harmony.
